Content Selection Gamification — automatic content recommendation triggered by a button press, based on user preferences.
Sports Highlights — a "stories" format for quick viewing of key moments from games.
Continue Watching — resume content from where the user left off, accessible via the tab bar for convenience.
I acted as the UX/UI designer and art director, designing the interface, creating the app icon, and developing the overall visual style.
Process
The work stages included:
- Briefing and requirements gathering
- Target persona analysis and competitor user interviews
- Designing user flows and creating a Customer Journey Map (CJM)
- Competitive and functional analysis
- Prototyping and wireframing
- Final design and testing
Solutions
Main Screen: Content is divided into categories (Movies, Series, Sports, TV), featuring promoted content, popular collections based on frequent queries, and quick access to favorites or search.
Special for You: A recommendation screen fully personalized according to user preferences. This section also includes a gamified content selection feature activated by a button press.
Sports Highlights: Presented in a familiar "stories" format, making the viewing experience fast and convenient.
Search: Easy access to all types of content with intuitive navigation and quick results.
Results
Tape is a project through which I refined my skills in the full product development cycle — from research and design to visual design and testing.
Thanks to this project, I deepened my understanding of user interface development and improved my skills in research and analytics.
